Useful Information For The Day
Ford Hall (1) is located in the grounds of Lilleshall House & Gardens. Queen’s Cafe (2) is a short walk across the courtyard.
Our event starts at 12:30pm, doors will open at 12 noon. For directions, please use the links above, they will direct you to the main car park (4). Ford Hall is a short walk from the main car park, up the drive, head through the archway and turn to the right. Some disabled parking (3) is located on the driveway.

Food and Drink
Food and drink is available to purchase from Queen’s Cafe, a short walk across the courtyard. The bar located in Ford Hall will be open from 2:30pm. Drinking water will be available throughout the event. Guests must not bring their own food and drinks into Ford Hall.

The image above gives you an idea of the food and drinks available in Queen’s Cafe (subject to availability), items purchased from Queen’s Cafe can be taken into Ford Hall. We have been assured that the Cafe will be well stocked and prepared for the number of guests at the event. Prices were correct at the time of taking the image.

Exploring The Grounds
You are free to explore the grounds at your leisure. You will be issued with a wristband upon arrival so that you can come and go as you please.

Raffle & Line Dance Bingo
You have the chance to win some fantastic prizes in our raffle, tickets will be sold throughout the day. £1 per strip (5 entries), or £5 for seven strips (35 entries). We will also be playing a game of Line Dance Bingo throughout the evening. As long as the technology allows, you can play this on your phone or on paper.

You do not need to bring lots of change with you, we have you covered, you can pay using cash or card.

DJ Live / Requests
Request sheets will be placed on each table and we will do our best to play what we can for you as long as we have time. Please be mindful that some requests will be on our artist’s set list so may not be played by our DJs.
